Gerry West - Chief Executive
Gerry West has taken NJW in a new direction – providing social media text analytics as support for digital marketing. As a retooled digital immigrant, Gerry also has a statistical knack – in his spare time he recently completed most of the SPSS on-premises training courses in text analytics, statistics and data mining -- largely untapped, but useful resources for digital marketing not generally available. (Course load = a full college semester.) While Gerry is not innovating in the research industry, he’s following his interest in ecological sustainability, and likes dogs and cats a lot. He also likes running and bicycles.
